Check In

 

Check-in time is any time after 4 Pm.  If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. The Blake House will make every effort to honor special requests  upon your arrival. However, the availability of certain items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the carriage house who do not follow or comply with The Blake House policies.

 

Check Out

 

Check-out is at 12 pM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

 

Cash Payment or Credit card

 

If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. A $100.00 deposit per night is required and will be returned to you on your departure date.

the blake house is not responsible for damage, theft or injuries that accure to your vessel. upon rental you must sign a waiver

Pet Policies

 

All pets are prohibited on property (a fine of $250.00 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered). “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

All hotel room reservations have a 5 day cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done 5 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled within 5 days are subject to a charge of  one night's stay plus tax.

all refunds will be reimbursed either by back on your credit card or refunded by cashiers check. sent back to guest by certified mail (signature required) within 5 to 10 business days. guests will be deducted the cost of mailings

Smoking Policy

 

Smoking is prohibited in all  areas of the Carriage house. (a $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room.) Smoking is allowed in designated “smoking” areas of the property.

Property restrictions:

all guests have the use of carriage house, back and front yard only.

no guest may enter garage or main house without consent of owner

please no exceptions

 

 

Age Restrictions

​

Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

​

Children Policy

No Children are allowed over the age of 2. ( only pack n play is available)

Promotion Policy

​

If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the Blake House, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all promotions

No in room partying

​

The Blake House enforces a no in room parties of multiple people not staying on the property, to ensure we can protect the carriage house  at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

​

Please note that the carriage house is not handicap accessible due to second floor, walk upstairs.

​

The Blake house is not responsible for any theft or lost items in the room

However, if we find some of your belongings we will make every effort to return them to you (postage will be paid by guest)
